Our spelling words this week.

This afternoon we have worked with together to plan an instruction text. We gave our ideas to Mrs Hall. She wrote our ideas down and then we added our own more specific details to the plan ready to write our instructions in our next topic lesson.

This morning we have been planning a school trip. We needed to use the written method of multiplication we have been practising this week to work out how much it would cost for food, entry and a coach.

This morning we are talking about musical notes. We have looked at crotchets, minims and semibreves. They show us how long to play a note.

Our spelling words this week.

This afternoon we have been recording our videos to explain what Electricity is.

This afternoon we have planned a video to explain what electricity is. We are going to create our videos tomorrow.

We have been giving instructions to each other to draw two images. We found it quite difficult because we weren't given an example first.

This morning we are playing a game and trying to find division calculations. To begin with, the class played against Mrs Hall. Do you think we found them all? 

This morning we went outside to practise our mental division. We split into smaller groups to find the answers to different division calculations.
