Take a look at these shapes, your child should be able to name a square, rectangle, circle, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon and maybe some of the others including the ability to sort them into shapes with similar features or properties.

Spelling success stories...
Well done everyone who achieved full marks more than a third of class achieved this. Of the children that gained full marks only one quarter were boys meaning three quarters were girls. Come on boys I know you can do this let's even the fractions out next week!

SATs Meeting this Thursday

When we think about the cross...
Today we recreated a very poignant symbol of Easter, the cross. We decorated our handmade 3D paper crosses using symbols and decoration associated with Easter. We concluded this by starting to watch the retelling of the Easter story reflecting upon the miracles Jesus performed.
