Wow I've worked with a fabulous group of children who had to really flex their multiplication muscles. Well done Inferno group.

Wow last week's spellings caught lots of us out with the pesky spelling of gnat. Well done to Alinah, Emily, Charlie and Megan. 

Today we have explored homophones. The children have been very quick to pick this up orally and give examples but the challenge is really on when applying this to their own writing. We have even found a nifty trick to remember which there is there. Their elephant is red = their as in belonging…

The children loved exploring artefacts from 1666 and predicting their uses. The children applied their knowledge of the time to make deductions too. It came as no surprise that their favourite artefact was the pee pot... say no more!
